Atma: “Atma is a spark of the universal spirit or God or the Creator.

Spirit, soul, self and Atma are the same. Atma is a wonderful name for spirit, soul or self. Atma means someone’s own mother. Just as the mother nourishes her child with her milk until a certain point in time, the breath is the mother’s milk with which Atma nourishes the living beings throughout their lives. As long as Atma is in the body, we breathe, the heart beats and there is movement. The moment Atma leaves the body, everything stops, the life of the body stops. Atma is formless, with no beginning or end, immortal. During his departure from the body, he takes the astral body with him and waits for the right time to reincarnate. In this way, human evolution continues until the “resurrection of the self.”Explanation of Paramapadma Dhiranandaji in Spiritual Guide Part 2
